Murder Mystery Evening - Dead & Breakfast

We are delighted to welcome back Panto-Crime to perform the brand new 'Dead & Breakfast'. Each time they join us, our visitors have told us what a fantastic time they have had! The tickets always sell out quickly so book yours now!

During a trip to London's West End, to watch the long running play 'The Rat Trap', members of the 'Over Actinn Theatre Group' are staying overnight at The Corpse Inn, when tragedy strikes and the body of Emma Royd is found at the bottom of the stairs. Is it murder or an unfortunate accident? 

Interrogate the suspects and interpret the clues to discover whodunnit!!! 

Included in the ticket price is a two-course meal of either Meat & Potato Pie, or a Vegetarian Butter Pie and then for dessert, Sticky Toffee Pudding in Butterscotch Sauce. Please enter any dietary requirements during the checkout process. Please be aware that although we do take precautions to minimise the risk of any cross contamination, due to the size of our facilities we are unable to guarantee that this will not occur. 

Doors open at 6pm and your meal is served at 6:30pm followed by the Murder Mystery at 7:30pm. The event is expected to finish at approximately 9:30pm.  

Important Information

Please note the specific age restrictions for this event: The event is aimed at adults and is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16. At least one member of the party should be over the age of 21.

Please wear warm clothing and footwear suitable for uneven surfaces, steps and staircases. Access to the event is via two flights of external courtyard steps without handrails or a single flight of narrow steeper steps with a handrail.

This is a fundraising event in aid of Hoghton Tower Preservation Trust (Registered Charity No. 508357). Thank you for your support in preserving and restoring this beautiful building and the grounds in which it stands. 

Refunds

All tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-transferrable, please check your tickets carefully and ensure that you can commit to the date and time before you complete your booking as regrettably, we are unable to accommodate any changes once your booking is finalised.

Please ensure that you arrive on time for the event as you will be unable to join the event once it has started and we will be unable to offer a refund.

If we have to cancel the event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your ticket to an alternative session (subject to availability).
