Important Information
The event will take place outdoors on the lawn in the Wilderness Garden. Please dress for the weather and bring your own picnic blankets and low backed chairs. Please be considerate of your fellow audience members and avoid bringing umbrellas as these block the view of others. In case of rain, ponchos and raincoats are great and if the sun is shining, don't forget your hat and suncream!
You are welcome to bring your own picnic, however, our lovely tearoom will be open from 11am - 4pm, serving hot and cold drinks along with light refreshments before the performance begins.
There will be plenty of free parking available for event ticket holders.
Our beautiful historic hill top site does mean that access to the gardens is uphill on an uneven surface. If you have any access requirements, please email mail@hoghtontower.co.uk or call us on 01254 852986 to discuss this before purchasing a ticket.
Why not make a day of it?
The house will be open for slef-guided house visits from 11am - 3pm (separate charges apply). This is an opportunity to explore the history of this fascinating site at your own pace. Our friendly volunteers will happily chat to you and share some of their extensive knowledge with you.
Refunds
All tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-transferrable, please check the event details and your tickets carefully to ensure that you can commit to the date and time before you complete your booking.
In case of bad weather, the event will continue unless it is deemed unsafe to do so by the organisers.
If we do have to cancel the event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your ticket to an alternative session (subject to availability).
